HOPE AT THE LAKE FOUNDATION GRANT

Requests for donations from local 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations serving the greater Lake Norman community may be submitted using the form below. All grants are awarded on a one-time basis. Because the Hope at the Lake Foundation receives more requests than we can fund each year, some applications may not be selected. In most cases, this is due to limited resources rather than a reflection on the merit of the organization or its mission.

Every application is thoughtfully reviewed by our Board of Directors using our established grant criteria. You will have the option of adding a standard grant application letter within the online application form if you wish. However, it is recommended that you gather and prepare these pieces ahead of time before starting your application.
