Dove House serves child victims of sexual assault by minimizing trauma, promoting healing, and supporting the investigation and prosecution of abusers. Since 2023, Hope at The Lake Foundation (HATL) has provided multiple grants to support their essential work. This funding helped replace the HVAC system at their Statesville office through an immediate matching grant with Energy United. An additional grant  provided funding to help increase staffing to meet the rising caseload of abused children. Dove House was also a beneficiary of HATL’s 2024 Halloween Gala Fundraiser, where the foundation awarded a sizeable grant to further their mission. HATL hopes to continue this vital partnership.
